Amy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising from the University of Texas, and gradu-ated with honors from the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver in 2007. Amy is a faculty member and instructor at the Nutrition Therapy Institute. Amy is a member of the NANP, National Association of Nutritional Professionals. Amy is an active member of A Precious Child, a local non-profit organization benefiting children who are in need, locally and worldwide.
Since Amy is certified in Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis, she is also able to evaluate and analyze her clients’ blood results, in order to address actual deficiencies and/or illnesses and disorders. She specializes in addressing the cause of the concern, rather than simply covering symptoms. Assessing digestion, diet, lifestyle, blood work and hormones, Amy works to bring her clients closer to balance in the body, so that health and full physical function are optimized and attainable.
Amy’s mission is to meet the individual wherever they may be on their health journey, no matter how depleted or frustrated, and then guide them nutritionally onto a path of balance. Amy facilitates a conscious awareness for her clients in their health journey. She evaluates her clients as unique individuals, realizing there is no “one size fits all” plan for everyone.
